How do I know if my child is eligible for services?We only accept BadgerCare Insurance at this time. If your child has BadgerCare Insurance and you feel they would benefit, please contact us

What is the cost?BadgerCare Insurance covers all costs for services

How do I get services?Download the required paperwork. Print it out. Fill out the paperwork by hand. Once it is completed, submit the paperwork to our facility at 5300 Stinson Ave Superior, WI 54880. What ages are services provided to?Children from 18 months to 13 years of age. Services are more limited for school-aged children, however we recommend checking out Superior Learning Academy

What is provided for my child?All food, breakfast, lunch, two snacks, diapers/Pull-Ups, wipes, water bottles/sippy cups

What are the hours?We are open 8am-4pm Monday through Friday Typical sessions are half day or full day (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, or 8am-4pm)

What does the setting look like?We have a large open space for play time and interaction with peers as well as individual rooms for one on one services

What does a typical day look like?Each child's schedule is different however schedules typically include games with peers/staff, individual work time, group activities, and time outside

When do you close?If the Superior School District closes due to dangerous driving conditions, we also close We will close on a case by case basis We are closed all major Holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)

Do I need to provide transportation?We prefer parents transport, however we can provide transportation in special circumstances

Do you go out in the community?Yes, we often take kids to the park and locations appropriate for their plan (ie stores)

How do you handle aggression and discipline?All staff are trained in multiple researched based behavior management and crisis de-escalation techniques. Each student has a positive behavior intervention support plan
